» The Fleming MuseumThis project had two major goals:
1) to give the Museum an online presence reflective of the rich diversity of their exhibits and collections, and 2) to extend their galleries. Because of real space limitations, only 2% of their 22,000 art objects and artifacts are on display. Therefore, they needed an online gallery for their permanent collection that would be easy to expand on their own.
» Vermont Daily BriefingNovelist, English Professor, and Public Radio commentator, Philip Baruth, launched this political blog to a growing national readership in September of 2005. Fortunately, I had some great political cartoons to work with by Marc Nadel.
» UVM Alumni PromotionUVM Alumni & Parents asked me to design and build a site to promote Vermont merchandizers to the New York region during 2007 "holiday season" (no longer live, but the CSS sprites as rollovers worked well!).
» The PLACE ProgramThe PLACE Program (Place-based Landscape Analysis and Community Education) is a joint initiative by Shelburne Farms and the University of Vermont. Its goal is to work with communities to promote the value of understanding the natural and cultural history of the local landscape.
» Learning LandscapesFunded by the National Science Foundation, this website allows students to investigate the link between Earth's surface processes and human actions. Presenting nearly 200 historical photographs, it's the basis for a research project that explores how development of visual literacy impacts the understanding of Earth Science.
» Michael StraussThis site is for an artist and educator who wanted to showcase his work and present information about his workshops and classes. It's a hybrid static/blog site, built with a heavily customized Wordpress back end, so that he can maintain blog pages, too.
